Factory SPM
SPM’s factory is located in Tan Tao industrial zone, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on an area of 9102 square meters, and officially went into operation in 2001. SPM is always investing and modernizing its production technology to become a modern producer of high quality products. SPM has had the honor to receive GMP-WHO certificate, issued by the World Health Organization, and the ISO 9001:2000 certificate and the ISO 14001:2004 certificate.

Management Team
Shareholder general assembly is the highest corporate organization, with all shareholders holding the right to vote. The assembly meets once a year, and also has the right to approve or reject the annual financial statements and budget for the upcoming year, as well as elect or dismiss the board of directors or the board of supervisors.
